Cancellations Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

  • Cancellation Process: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Alua account, navigating to Account Settings, and selecting Manage Subscriptions. Follow the prompts to cancel your active subscriptions.
  • Billing After Cancellation: Once canceled, you will not be billed again for that subscription.
  • Refunds: Subscription charges are non-refundable.

2. Credit Package Cancellations

  • All Sales Final: All credit package sales are final.
  • Exceptions:
    • If no replies are received and no credits have been spent, you may request a refund.
    • If credits were not applied to your account due to a system error, you may request a refund.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will take approximately 5 business days for U.S. customers and up to 10 business days for international customers.

3. Tips

  • Non-Refundable: Tips are non-refundable.

4. Chargebacks

  • Policy: Any chargebacks will be contested with your bank and credit card company, requiring us to submit your personal information. Customers who initiate chargebacks will receive a permanent ban from the Alua service.

5. User Responsibility

  • Due Diligence: You are solely responsible for reading all information about credit packages and services before making a purchase.
  • Account Security: Ensure that unauthorized individuals do not access your credit cards or Alua account to prevent unauthorized purchases.
